The rate things are going, I assume San Leandro will for better and worse gentrify rapidly (i.e. yeah it'll be richer but it'll probably have better restaurants) because it's close in and has a BART station. You'll be like someone who bought in Park Slope in 1997. Meanwhile, you have a washer and dryer. I would kill for that little bit of adult living. Happy moving!
