Yeah, it is. It's out mostly for Playstation 2 but also for Xbox. There are several editions out, the latest one being American Idol edition (meh for the tie-in, but the songlist is fine).
The songlist is always varied (except for the CMT edition which is, of course, strictly country songs) and the quality of the covers is extremely high -- it's on a par with the pro karaoke stuff you find and sometimes it's even superior to it.
The games also include a true karaoke mode, if you prefer singing the songs your way (for instance, I sing the second half of the Tina Turner version of Proud Mary much rockier than she does).
I wish there were more thematic editions of the game, but at least the way it is now, there's something for all tastes (except for hip-hop fans, about the only genre not covered whatsoever in the series).
