O Brave New World...

It's not that I object to California weather, ever -- I like rain and fog, for the most part, fine. It's just that I miss stronger experiences of SEASONS, Spring with mud and flowers emerging from cold, warm, humid Summer days, brisk Fall days with lots and lots of falling leaves, and snowy Winters. I like feeling the time pass physically. California's weather isn't wildly changeable.

But I am forced to admit after eleven years that I am just as happy not to be digging out cars and scraping windshields every damn day.
