Date: 2008-01-15 03:45 am (UTC)This year, because our school is focusing on reading and the students have to do Sustained Silent Reading (it is a measure of how profoundly depressing I find it to teach students whose reading levels are SO LOW that I have to type "students have to" do SSR, where it was a coveted, desired, yearned-for joy for me, in middle school), I am keeping a running list of every book I have read since school started. The students have to, too. Mine is getting longer and longer, though a good deal of it is re-reading. Maybe I'll post it (under a massive lj-cut) in June.
