O Brave New World...

I'm usually pretty good about predicting the future, as generally people will do the worst thing and pick the worst option, but now it's just so ludicrously bad that I can't imagine it continuing like this. Except that people adjust, don't they? Like they never closed Guantanamo Bay. That was a thing that seemed so over the top and unreasonable at the time, and yet now there are concentration camps for kids.

In many ways I wonder if civil war isn't the better option.
