"I'm obliging..." that's some nonsense. I need to say what a complete and incredible rock star my sister has been in taking time off work and accompanying me to endless fucking appointments and terrible biopsies and taking me to surgery and visiting me in hospital and staying with me yesterday and today. I love her so much and am so grateful.
